CORRUGATED MACHINE

The Corrugated Machine, also known as the Flute Forming Machine, is the core unit of the honeycomb pad making process. Its main function is to form precise corrugations (flutes) in resin-treated paper, which later interlock to create the honeycomb structure essential for efficient airflow and cooling.

Functioning

The corrugated machine adopts wear resistant bushing which is made of special material, withstand high temperatures, longer service life.
Resin-treated and cut paper sheets are fed into the corrugated machine.
Paper passes through precision corrugation rollers.
Rollers shape the paper into uniform flutes at preset angles such as: 45°, 60°, 90°
Flute depth and pitch remain consistent throughout production.
Pressure and heat (if applicable) help retain flute shape.
Resin treatment ensures the flutes remain stable and strong.
