How the result is calculated
The tool calculates scheduled hours, reduces them by expected uptime, adjusts the required rate for first-pass yield and then adds your selected capacity buffer. It uses finished pads as the planning unit.
What it cannot determine
Actual output depends on pad size, flute type, paper, resin, adhesive, drying, curing, changeovers, utilities, operator skill and quality limits. Confirm each process stage with a written technical proposal.
